About the Flagstaff Beauty School
The Empire Beauty School of Flagstaff is situated off of East Route 66 on I-40 Business West and East Santa Fe Avenue, in the Village Center Flagstaff and 2.9 miles east of Northern Arizona University.
The Flagstaff Empire Beauty School has been training future beauty professionals since 2000 in this beautifully modern school. The Flagstaff Empire Beauty School also offers flexible evening classes for busy students. Parking is available for commuting students as is public transportation from the Mountain Line. Nearby restaurants include China Star, Subway, McDonalds, Burger King, Country Host, Cracker Barrel, and the Outback Steakhouse. Local shopping areas near the school include the Flagstaff mall, Albertson's and Fry's. Area day care centers offer services for parents attending the cosmetology school at Montessori Schools of Flagstaff and Pinecone Preschool, and the Valley of the Sun YMCA

The Flagstaff Empire Beauty School students also have the opportunity to attend and participate in local and national competitions, as well as their own school’s events, to highlight their skills and talents. Empire's Future Professionals Expo offers students exposure to beauty industry leaders, one-on-one mentor workshops with beauty professionals and the opportunity to interview with prospective employers.

Community Involvement
Flagstaff Empire Beauty School students have the opportunity to participate in local events benefiting the community as well as contributing to real-world training. Some of these events include day of beauty services for local patrons, fundraising benefits and more. Proceeds from Empire's National Day of Beauty event benefits raising awareness about domestic abuse. The students also may participate in local and national competitions, as well as the school's own beauty shows to highlight the students' skills and talents. Empire's Future Professionals Expo offers students exposure to the beauty industry, the one-on-one experience with beauty professionals during mentoring workshops and students also are able to network and interview with salon leaders and representatives to further their career objectives.
