Hyannis, Massachusetts Empire Beauty School Wins Regional Retail & Customer Service Competition

Formerly The Blaine School, the Empire Beauty School in Hyannis, Massachusetts won a regional beauty industry competition and received an award from Empire Education Group. The award went to the Empire Beauty School with the best sales and beauty services in their school’s beauty salon. The winning beauty school also had to demonstrate excellence in the 3600 by Design program that provides training for the cosmetology school students in the five steps of customer service in the school beauty salon. The program aligns with the customer service standards manual used in all student beauty salons within Empire Beauty Schools across the country.

To honor the beauty school students for their achievement, Empire Beauty School executives hand delivered a gourmet lunch, including Kirsten Wood, Executive Director of the Hyannis, Cape Cod beauty school located on North Street. In addition to the beauty school’s award, cosmetology student Christina Hazelton was honored for the highest individual student beauty salon sales. Her reward: two days at the famed John Roberts Salon in Ohio including training in the highly respected John DiJulius customer service methods. These methods are also aligned with customer service training provided at Empire Beauty Schools.
