Fourth of July Beauty!

Bring on the parades, barbeques and fireworks.  Celebrate the USA’s birthday with these red, white and blue inspired tips, trends and takes on America’s famous colors!

Red Lips

Taylor Swift isn’t the only one who can rock the perfect red lip. But if you’re worried about that great color ending up a faded shade of pink, try a lip stain instead. Simply apply the lacquer, wait a moment and brush on the shiny top coat. Those red lips will last for hours and hours… straight through Aunt Betty’s cookout!

Blue Lips

Ok, it’s a risk for sure, but done right, blue lips are fun, funky and oh-so chic! Lip liner is a must with this look. Apply a clear liner to avoid feathering. Make sure the shade of blue you pick fits with your skin tone. Fair skinned? Blue will look even brighter on you, so don’t forget to complete your look with bronzer. It will keep those blue lips for making you look cold … instead of hot!

Red, White & Blue Nails

3 colors, 10 fingers and an endless supply of online ideas is a great way to show your American pride! From stars and stripes, to funky french manicures, grab your nail polish, jump on the internet and let the patriot painting begin! Not good at nail art? No problem! Go for a solid color, but try an accent nail on your ring finger. It’s a great way to change up your normal mani for a special occasion!

Navy Smokey Eyes

Headed out on the town this 4th of July? Why not try a spin on an evening classic? Take your smokey eyes to a new level with navy eyeshadow. The darker shade of blue keeps your look sultry while incorporating that USA color! You’ll be surprised how great this look is. Go with a neutral lip to draw all the attention to those eyes!

Light Up Your Strands

Hair extensions are a fun way to accessorize, and now, you can sparkle all day and into the night with LED hair extensions! Just clip in place and you are ready to show your independence with a light show all your own! Leave them long; or place them in a bun. Either way, it’s a fun way to celebrate the occasion and sparkle your way through a day filled with friends, family and fun!
