Providence Beauty School - Empire
The Empire Beauty School of Providence, RI, is located on Broadway between Dean Street and Service Road just off of I-95 in the historic Broadway District of Providence.
The Providence, RI, Empire Beauty School has been educating and training future beauty professionals since 2000 at this state-of-the-art school. Parking is available for commuting students, as is public transportation from RIPTA bus lines. Students have access to convenient shopping and local restaurants such as Providence Place Mall, Eagle Square Place, Stop & Shop, Price Rite, Shaws, Aldi, Zooma, Subway, Burger King, and Chef Ho's Chinese Restaurant. Area day care centers include Play & Learn Preschool Inc, Pawtucket Day Child Development Center, and Bright Horizons Family Center, which offer child care services for working parents.

Community Involvement
Providence Empire Beauty School students have the opportunity to participate in local events benefiting the community as well as contributing to real-world training. Some of these events include day of beauty services for local patrons, fundraising benefits and more. Proceeds from Empire's National Day of Beauty event benefits raising awareness about domestic abuse. The students also may participate in local and national competitions, as well as the school's own beauty shows to highlight the students' skills and talents. Empire's Future Professionals Expo offers students exposure to the beauty industry, as well as beauty workshops headed by industry professionals, mentoring and students also are able to network and interview with salon leaders and representatives to further their career objectives. Flexible evening classes are available at this location.
