About the Phoenix Glendale Beauty School
Empire Beauty School of Northwest Phoenix, AZ, is located on the south side of Glendale Avenue just west of 27th Avenue and about 2.3 miles west of I-17 and Black Canyon Highway. Also north of the Bethany West Shopping Center and West Plaza Shopping Center.
The NW Phoenix Empire Beauty School as been preparing cosmetology students for careers in the industry since 2000 at this modern school. Plenty of parking is available for students as well as public transportation from the Valley Metro. Several restaurants and shopping areas are near such as Jack in the Box, Arby's and Taco Bell. There is a day care near the school, Children's World Learning Center, which offers childcare services. The beauty school also offers flexible evening classes for busy students.

Community Involvement
The Northwest Phoenix Empire Beauty School future beauty professionals participate in community events that support their hands-on training such as fundraisers, fashion and hair shows, competitions, and additional community events. The cosmetology students also participate in Empire's National Day of Beauty event, which benefit s raising awareness about domestic violence. The students have the opportunity to participate in local and national competitions, as well as their own beauty shows to highlight their skills and talents. Empire's Future Professionals Expo allows students to gain exposure to the beauty industry, experience one-on-one mentor workshops with beauty professionals and have the opportunity to interview with salon leaders. The Arizona school holds their own special events performing beauty services for senior citizens in the community, graduation ceremonies and more.
