bordentown-students-and-staffStudents and staff members from Empire Beauty School of Bordentown, NJ, attended the New Jersey Beauty Expo at the Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City o October 6.

The show featured various stylists and platform artists who demonstrated how to create the latest trends through chic hair cuts, styles and up-dos.  Vendors set up booths throughout the Trump Taj Mahal where they distributed information, promotional items and product samples.

Many of the vendors also featured giveaway contests.  Most of the Empire students and instructors returned with new professional styling tools and products.  The students learned about the latest technologies, tools and products in the beauty industry and enjoyed spending a productive day outside of the school.

At the beauty expo, students were able to observe industry professionals with their instructors at their sides.  They interacted with the staff members on a different level in a whole new environment where they discussed their personal views and opinions about the newest techniques and style changes in the constantly evolving beauty industry.

The expo was not open to the general public and was hosted for beauty industry professionals by Schoeneman Beauty Supply.
