Happy one year anniversary Lauderhill! The Lauderhill, FL, Empire Beauty School opened its doors one year ago on January 26th. As the first school in the state of Florida, Executive Director, Neil Finkelstein noted “We are known as the ‘Pioneers’ in the Lauderhill community.”
Over the past year, the school’s population had dramatically increased to 115 students.
“The students and the guests have told us that they truly enjoy the Empire experience once they set foot into our school. We continue to strive to fulfilling the students’ dreams of completing our program and improving their lives,” said Finkelstein.
The first of its kind for Empire, the Lauderhill school was dubbed an environmentally friendly model for the future and received the prestigious Green Conscious Salon Certification by the Florida Association of Beauty Professionals [FAB PRO] during its grand opening. The school continues to utilize eco-friendly aspects throughout the school such as water and energy saving devices, efficient water heaters, LED lighting, 100% recyclable flooring, and much more. The school also uses the organic-derived beauty products by Regis Designline PURE Results.
Congratulations to the Lauderhill school on their one-year anniversary! Empire Beauty School will celebrate the Lauderhill school anniversary later in March with a grand open house event to go along with the 100 Days of Empire event.
