Reading, Pennsylvania Empire Beauty School Featured in Reading Eagle article: “Empire Beauty School holding fundraiser for Women in Crisis”

Reading Eagle reported that the “Empire Beauty School in Muhlenberg Township” held a fundraiser “at 2302 Fifth Street Highway” in Reading and that “Empire Beauty School will donate the proceeds from all hair, skin and nail services to Berks Women in Crisis.” The article also stated that “The effort is part of the Empire Gives Back charitable program.”

Through this program, “Empire Beauty School supports women’s shelters around the country and works to raise awareness of domestic abuse issues,” according to the Reading Eagle. Empire Education Group “has worked with the Department of Justice, the U.S. attorney general’s office and the Office on Violence Against Women.”
