About the Atlanta Dunwoody Beauty School
The Empire Beauty School of Dunwoody, GA, is situated on Ashford Dunwoody Road Northeast, just south of Ashwood Parkway and one mile north of I-285 and Perimeter Mall in Perimeter Village.
Dunwoody Empire Beauty School has been preparing future beauty professionals since 2000 in this state-of-the-art facility. We offer flexible evening classes for busy students. Plenty of free parking is available, as well as access to public transportation for students from the Atlanta Metro Station. Nearby shopping centers include Walmart, the Perimeter mall, Ulta, DSW, and Borders. Local restaurants include J. Alexander's, Olive Garden, Jason's Deli, McDonalds, and Applebee's. Several child care centers are also within proximity of the school for students who wish to use their services such as Kindercare, Primrose, Goddard School, and Kiddie Kutz.

The Atlanta Dunwoody Empire Beauty School students also have the opportunity to attend and participate in local and national competitions, as well as their own school’s events, to highlight their skills and talents. Empire's Future Professionals Expo offers students exposure to beauty industry leaders, one-on-one mentor workshops with beauty professionals and the opportunity to interview with prospective employers.

Community Involvement
Dunwoody Empire Beauty School students have the opportunity to participate in local events benefiting the community as well as contributing to real-world training. Some of these events include day of beauty services for local patrons, fundraising benefits and more. Proceeds from Empire's National Day of Beauty event benefits raising awareness about domestic abuse. The students also may participate in local and national competitions, as well as the school's own beauty shows to highlight the students' skills and talents. Empire's Future Professionals Expo offers students exposure to the beauty industry, the one-on-one experience with beauty professionals during mentoring workshops and students also are able to network and interview with salon leaders and representatives to further their career objectives.
