Located in the Bensonhurst neighborhood of Brooklyn on 86th street between Bay 35th Street and 24th Avenue is the modern Brooklyn Empire Beauty School.

Since 2000, the Brooklyn, NY, Empire Beauty School, near Coney Island, has been offering future beauty professionals quality cosmetology education for rewarding careers in the beauty industry. Parking is available near the school, as well as public transportation from the M and D Line, B-1, B-3, B-6, and B-64 buses. The Kings Plaza Mall, McDonalds, Burger King, Pizza Place, local deli's and the Associated Super Market are all within close proximity of the school. The Angel Star Day Care and Brooklyn Community Day Care are also near the school and offer child care services.

The Brooklyn Empire Beauty School students are offered additional real-world training and education as they participate in special events, such as fashion shows, beauty shows, competitions, fundraising events, community involvement, and more. The students also participate in Empire's National Day of Beauty event, which benefits raising awareness about domestic abuse. The students also have the opportunity to take part in local and national competitions, as well as their own events to highlight their skills and talents. Empire's Future Professionals Expo allows students to gain exposure to the beauty industry, experience one-on-one mentor workshops with beauty professionals and have the opportunity to interview with salon leaders. The Brooklyn cosmetology school hosts their own graduation ceremonies and open house celebrations. Flexible evening classes are available at this location.
