Empire Beauty School of Pottsville, PA, is located in on North Centre Street across from City Hall in the downtown area of this historic and quiet town.

The Pottsville beauty school holds a long standing tradition of training cosmetology students. There is plenty of free parking as well as available public transportation for students from the Trailways Busing Company. Several gas stations such as Sheetz, Turkey Hill, Giant Gas, and Sunoco are available for traveling students. Numerous quaint restaurants such as Roma and the Porter House Grill offer dining as well as Subway, McDonalds, Wendy's, and Dominos. There are several shops downtown and within walking distance of the school. Take in the artistic scenery or mountainous view in the hometown of Yuengling, America's Oldest Brewery®.

Pottsville Empire Beauty School students participate in community events which support their hands-on training such as performing a day of beauty services for local patrons. The proceeds benefit raising awareness about domestic abuse. The students also have the opportunity to participate in local and national competitions, as well as their own beauty shows to highlight their skills and talents. Students continue to gain exposure to the beauty industry, experience one on one mentor workshops with beauty professionals and have the opportunity to interview with salon leaders during Empire's annual Future Professionals Expo.
