The Empire Beauty School of North Hills, PA, is located near North Hills Village Mall on McKnight Road (Highway 19) just off of Nelson Run Road and a mile north of I-279.

The North Hills, PA, Empire Beauty School has been educating future beauty professionals for cosmetology and beauty industry careers since 2000. Parking is available for students, as is public transportation from 12A or 13A Port Authority Bus System. Local shopping and restaurants are nearby the school and include, Ross Park Mall, North Hills Village Mall, Kuhn's Market, McDonald's, Bruegger's Bagel, Wendy's, Panera Bread, Arby's, Chili's , Qdoba, Aladdin's, Applebee's, Red Lobster, and several more. Area child care centers which provide services for parents include Tender Care and Developing Dreams.

The North Hills Empire Beauty School students have the opportunity to participate in local events benefiting the community as well as contributing to real-world training. Some of these events include day of beauty services for local patrons, fundraising benefits and more. Proceeds from Empire's National Day of Beauty event benefits raising awareness about domestic abuse. The students also may participate in local and national competitions, as well as the school's own beauty shows to highlight the students' skills and talents. Empire's Future Professionals Expo offers students exposure to the beauty industry, as well as beauty workshops headed by industry professionals, mentoring and students also are able to network and interview with salon leaders and representatives to further their career objectives. Flexible evening classes are available at this school.
