Empire Beauty School of Lancaster, PA, is located in the in the Wheatland Shopping Center on Columbia Avenue.

The modern Lancaster beauty school holds a long standing tradition of training cosmetology students. Students have access to plenty of free parking as well as available public transportation around the school via the Red Rose Transit. Local gas stations for commuting students include Getty Food Mart and Turkey Hill. Several restaurants are within walking distance and include McDonald's, Hong Kong Garden Chinese, Quiznos, and Sloppy Jane's Café and Columbia Diner. Enjoy shopping at the Wheatland and Stonemill Shopping Center and Park City. Or take in the sights in the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch country with an Amish buggy ride through the park. Relax at a show at the Dutch Apple Dinner Theater and more.

Lancaster Empire Beauty School students participate in community events which support their hands-on training such as performing a day of beauty services for local patrons. The proceeds benefit raising awareness about domestic abuse. The students additionally participate in fundraising activities to support their local children and women's shelter by holding year-long holiday events offering beauty services to families in need. They also have the opportunity to participate in local and national competitions, as well as their own beauty shows to highlight their skills and talents.

The Lancaster students gain exposure to the beauty industry, experience one-on-one mentor workshops with beauty professionals and have the opportunity to interview with salon leaders.
